Evidence First
Answers are expected to remain verifiable through concrete source context.
AmaraCloud is the first concrete business-facing application on A.M.A.R.A.: company knowledge, documents and search brought together.
AmaraCloud applies A.M.A.R.A. to company knowledge: search, document understanding and structuring of internal content.
A.M.A.R.A. is Rieger Systems' intelligence layer – currently in development, not marketed as a standalone consumer product.
A.M.A.R.A. stands for: A Machine Always Ready to Assist.
B2B and B2C organisations with many documents and distributed knowledge that want to improve search, service quality and internal preparation.
Contact us to clarify use case and data posture; there is no public self-service.
Operations and data flow are aligned to EU infrastructure (including EU storage). The core setup is designed without mandatory dependency on non-European cloud providers.
No. Data from AmaraCloud is not sold. Data sovereignty remains fully in Europe, and production compute also remains fully in Europe.
No. The product is intentionally user-guided: teams steer the flow, review outputs and retain decision authority. Strict controls and explicit AI limits apply instead of uncontrolled agent autonomy.
Concrete application on A.M.A.R.A.
When contracts, attachments, emails and policies are scattered, teams lose time and create avoidable inconsistencies. AmaraCloud brings these knowledge silos into one traceable search and context layer: fast to query, source-linked and usable in day-to-day operations.
Company knowledge, documents and search
A.M.A.R.A. (intelligence layer): in development · AmaraCloud: prototype · operations and data handling aligned to EU infrastructure.
Starting point
Typical friction in organisations with many information sources.
Teams store across file servers, collaboration tools, email and ticketing systems. The same questions keep recurring: where is the relevant passage, which version is valid, and what was decided last?
Without a shared search and context layer, work stays manual: search, forward, explain again. That slows operations and increases inconsistency risk.
A.M.A.R.A.
Technical foundation, not abstract AI storytelling.
A.M.A.R.A. (A Machine Always Ready to Assist) is the in-house intelligence foundation specialized applications build on. It is in development and not marketed as a finished mass consumer product.
The focus is traceable integration, evidence over black-box output, clear accountability and an EU-aligned operating model without mandatory dependency on non-European cloud providers in the core operation.
We do not sell AI data. Data sovereignty and production compute remain fully in Europe.
Interaction is user-guided and controlled: no free-running agent chains, but defined steps, reviewable outputs and clear human intervention rights.
Answers are expected to remain verifiable through concrete source context.
Company data stays in strict tenant boundaries with role-aware access.
Operations and data handling are aligned to European infrastructure.
Product Workflow
Upload -> Search -> Evidence -> Decision
Documents are ingested and technically prepared so content becomes searchable and operationally usable.
Hybrid retrieval surfaces the most relevant content by meaning and context, not only by filename or exact wording.
Results stay source-linked and inspectable, so teams can validate statements before acting on them.
Business teams respond faster and more consistently with a traceable basis for internal and external communication.
AmaraCloud
The first concrete business-facing application on this foundation.
AmaraCloud combines document understanding, structured search and context chat in one operational surface. Teams find relevant passages faster and can trace answers back to sources.
For businesses this means shorter search cycles, more consistent customer-facing answers and less friction between operations, service and backoffice.
Status is prototype: a pilot rollout with around 10 companies is currently in preparation. Onboarding is handled through guided discovery and implementation, not as unassisted self-service software.
We are actively onboarding additional pilot partners and welcome structured feedback from real use cases.
A service team answers repeated questions about contracts, amendments and product documents. Today every response requires multiple search passes across drives and mailboxes. With AmaraCloud, this becomes an evidence-based flow: ask, find relevant passages, verify against sources, and respond faster with confidence.
Capability set
What AmaraCloud aims to deliver in business operations, depending on maturity.
Hybrid search across company documents (full-text + semantic retrieval)
Direct follow-up chat with source-linked context
Coherent synthesis across multiple documents where evidence supports it
Tenant-hard isolation and role-aware access paths for company data
User-guided operation model with strict AI controls instead of autonomous agent power
AI and company data remain confidential
EU-aligned data handling and operating model (SaaS by Rieger Systems)
Ready to extend into structured knowledge and service workflows
Audience
Typical organisations that want to turn knowledge chaos into dependable execution.
Companies with high document volume and recurring research cases
Service, support and backoffice teams under high response pressure
Organisations with stronger privacy and data location requirements
SMEs and mid-size organisations that need faster knowledge access
Teams that want AI outcomes with evidence, not black-box uncertainty
Boundaries
Honest expectations instead of marketing promises.
No guarantee of factual correctness; outputs must be reviewed.
No autonomous legal, medical or financial decisions by the system.
Results require human verification and domain ownership.
AI actions remain constrained by user guidance, permissions and technical guardrails.

We review your concrete case together: data sources, security constraints, expected value, and a realistic rollout path. The goal is productive AI support without black-box effects, without data resale, and with European data sovereignty. Additional pilot customers and feedback are explicitly welcome.
